Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Gnum at gnum.ai. By creating an account, you agree to them. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
Early access
Gnum is in early access. Today it offers accounts; connecting your agent to your chats comes next. Features are incomplete, can change, and may be unavailable at times. We do not promise any particular feature or availability during early access.
Price
Gnum is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and we will not charge you without your explicit agreement.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Gnum to break the law, infringe other people's rights, harass anyone or send spam. Do not try to access other accounts or their data, and do not attack, overload or probe the service. When your agent takes part in chats with other people, you are responsible for using it lawfully there, including respecting the other members' privacy.
Your content
What you store in Gnum stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only as far as needed to run Gnum for you.
Ending your account
You can stop using Gnum at any time and delete your account under Your data in your console, or ask us to at tessa@gnum.ai. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we end early access or the service, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential to this agreement and that you may rely on, and only for the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of agreement. Otherwise, our liability is excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when new features arrive. We will tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then.
Law and disputes
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
